I loved this energetic post from a couple who will be interpreting a touring production of Les Miserables into American Sign Language. They’re showing off the name signs they will be using.
This is not a post from the production or the touring house, it’s directly from the couple on their Instagram account so it’s reaching many people who aren’t theater fans (yet!). I think these organic ways of sharing the arts are something arts organizations and artists should try to nudge along or encourage as part of their efforts to reach new audiences.
