Ted Gioia’s Year of Humanities

On a bit of a whim, I signed up for Ted Gioia’s premium Substack, The Honest Broker, to get access to his 12-month reading, listening, and viewing list “A 12-Month Immersive Course in Humanities”.

I’ve been looking to backfill certain areas of my education that I think are lacking, which include the humanities. But let’s see if I actually do it with the busy professional and family life I have going on. But even if I only do some of it, or hang on to the lists until a later date, I certainly need guidance to do this kind of reading, so anything would be better than nothing.

I certainly love the idea of this…just like I like the idea of reading all the unread books currently sitting on my shelves and in my Kindle account.
